The MRMS Research Foundation Staff and Community Supports

Dr. Tracy Diefenbach, CCTP MRMSC is an award-winning researcher and public servant dedicated to identifying innovative and integrated therapies to help heal the whole person. Dr. Diefenbach lost her husband to suicide in 2011 after he served in active war. She developed the MRMS Therapy and Foundation to help people heal from trauma and other conditions as a way to help save the lives of those who are hurting. She is the founder of the MRMS, Brain-Based Integrated Therapy Program. Dr. D. received the 2021 NU Doctoral Alumni of the year award, the National Public Spirit Award, the National Caregiver award, the Rich Kezar veteran of the year award, co-recipient of the Abby Bridge Builder award, and the TAICS state higher education instructor of the year award, and 2011 Pearson Publishing Award. She dedicates her time to selfless service. “Building a Community of Practice” with practitioners throughout the world who specialize in traditional ways of healing, combined with modern therapeutic practices. It is her dream to build a world integrated education and therapy center for all people all over the world to receive the same innovated standard of care.   Dr. Diefenbach does not charge for any MRMS services, everything is strictly volunteer as part of her dedication to helping people heal.

Darcy Wood, X-Ray Tech with the MRMS Clinical Team, serves as the Vice President on the Executive Board of Directors, where she collaborates closely with fellow healthcare professionals and MRMS clinicians to advance the mission of the MRMS Research Foundation. Darcy’s passion is helping people and states that “the greatest job with the greatest satisfaction and purpose is working as an MRMS clinician…you actually get to see results right in front of you, and watching people’s reaction is priceless."  Darcy is dedicated to serving her community through selfless service, care, and compassion. She is also the first individual trained as an MRMS clinician.  Darcy Wood does not charge for any MRMS Services, everything is strictly volunteer as part of her dedication to helping people heal.

Martin G. Vick, MD, is a retired anesthesiologist, and a key figure among our licensed healthcare Professionals, and a beloved member of our team.  Dr, Vick serves as the Director of Medical Services and Patient Education Consulting.  He has international travel experience and is an avid outdoorsman. He also holds a position on the Executive Board of Directors at the MRMS Research Foundation, collaborating closely with MRMS Clinicians and other practitioners. His purpose is helping people navigate their health through traditional "laying of the hands" spending time with clients, listening to them, and finding the best care possible according to their needs. He loves collaborating with other practitioners, community members, and taking the time to research our client's needs. Dr. Vick does not charge for any MRMS services, everything is strictly volunteer as part of his dedication to traditional healing and helping to educate people about their health.

Jessica is an educator with a passion for music and devotion to youth. She is engrained into community and selfless service and is active in helping all people thrive. She is a mother, a wife, and a role model for other educators and practitioners. Jessica is innovative, supportive, and an asset to the MRMS team with her experience in family care and education.
